Arms granted 11 December 1465 by William Hawkeslowe, Clarenceux King of Arms; certified by Kings of Arms' Certificate 1 April 1963; Crest and Supporters granted 10 June 1963.

History:
The Company was associated with upholstery and bedding with a wide range of second-hand goods. Mentioned in 1360, a petition was granted in 1474 and a Charter in 1626. The present Livery of 200 includes Master Upholsterers. A gold medal is awarded to the trade and dependants of craftsmen are assisted.

A former Hall existed in Lambeth Hill. It was burnt down in 1666 and not replaced.
