A Mistery was recognised by 1375 but the Charter was delayed until 1638. Horners made horn
articles such as windows, lanthorns and hornbooks. Now they have connections with plastics and
sponsor the Horners' Award. A boy at the City of London School and another at Emanuel School
is helped, also general charities. The Livery number 450.
