On a Shield representing a Landscape the figure of a Man habited about the body with Skin delving the ground with a Spade all proper
Crest:
[Upon a Helm on a Wreath Argent and Vert] A Basket of Flowers and Fruit proper
Supporters:
On either side a Female figure vested Argent wreathed about the temples with Flowers and supporting on the exterior arm a Cornucopia proper
Motto:
In The Sweat Of Thy Brows Shalt Thow Eate Thy Bread
Arms and Crest granted by Royal Warrant 9 June 1905; exemplified 8 September 1905; Supporters granted 8 September 1905.

History:
In 1345 gardeners successfully petitioned to sell produce publicly. The first Charter was granted in 1605. The Company was the sanitary cleansing authority. It presents bouquets at Coronations and royal marriages and an annual offering to the Lord Mayor. The Company encourages City floral displays and church gardens in Greater London. The Livery numbers 250.
